Our adult MMA classes cover all aspects of MMA from striking, clinch work, wrestling, MMA groundwork, ground and pound, submissions, defence, wall wrestling and more.

Kids MMA classes

Teen MMA (12/15 year olds)
Our Youth MMA programme is designed for ages 4-15 years. We have structured our classes into 3 different brackets relevant to age as we feel this is the best way to get the most out our little warriors.
Your children will not only be learning the fundamentals of Mixed Martial Arts but they will learn how and when to apply them in a safe and secure environment with qualified and experienced coaches who are fully enhanced DBS checked.
The curriculum and grading system is run in a heavily structured and well thought out way, and your children will be given lots of incentives to keep them focused and engaged whilst learning and having fun. Learning core life skills such as self defence, team work and discipline are just a few other benefits.

Fitness
Suitable for everyone! Our non contact, fitness classes cover a variety of different approaches to fitness. In a fun and friendly environment where no two classes are the same, we push you to get fitter, stronger and most importantly have fun in the process!
Fundamentals MMA
Our Fundamantals/Beginners classes are the perfect place to start your MMA journey. We strip it right back and cover the absolute basics. So whether you're brand new or experienced, this is the place to work those fundamentals!
Bedford Wrestling club
We're privileged at Kelly's MMA to have Bedford Wrestling club train out of our gym. The highly experienced coaches have a wealth of knowledge to share in this traditional wrestling class. Every Sunday 10:30am
Women's MMA
Our Womens only MMA classes are run by Professional MMA Fighter and multiple time champion Lindsey Payne. They cover all aspects of MMA including Striking, Wrestling, Wall Wrestling and ground work. These classes are suitable for all levels and are a great way to get into Martial Arts in a safe and controlled environment. They are fun and welcoming and have a great community feel with everyone supporting each other.
No Gi Grappling
Start your week of with a bang! In our No Gi submission Grappling classes Coach Sim Will put you through your paces whilst sharing his wealth of knowledge with you in the process. 6am every Monday morning!

Covering any and all aspects of MMA and Fitness, our Personal Training sessions can be directly tailored to your needs. Whether you are a complete beginner or a competitor, we are here to help and assist you in building your MMA game.
